Package under 5kg will be delivered by Australia Post to any address in Australia.

  • All orders delivered in Australia under 5kg for $15.00
  • Orders under 5kg with dimensions less than 500mm x 430mm and over $250 delivered FREE
  • Australia post can deliver to both residences and PO Boxes
  • Once posted typical East coast metro delivery times are 3 to 5 days depending on location.

Bulk/Special Deliveries

Bulk and Special deliveries include all orders that are;

  • over 5kg;
  • dimensions greater than 500mm x 430mm;
  • or items requiring special delivery requirements such as refrigeration or hazardous goods

Delivery and pricing arrangements can be made for bulk / special orders to be delivered via our preferred courier to one or multiple addresses – our customer service team will be happy to discuss options on 07 5484 5178 or

Online orders will not be processed until delivery arrangements have been finalized and you have approved the cost which will be included on your invoice for payment.

Deliveries Returned to Us

Occasionally a parcel will be returned to us

  • A card was left but there was no response from the recipient to arrange redelivery
  • A card was left but the recipient did not pick the package up from post office or newsagent
  • The recipient is not known at the address or has moved
  • Address details are incorrect or insufficient

Parcels are unable to be redirected when they are in transit and will need to be returned to us before being sent to the new/correct address.  We will inform you via email within one week of the parcel being returned to us.

An applicable redelivery fee will be passed on to you to facilitate the delivery of the parcel to the same or alternative address

Orders returned to us for any of the reason above cannot be cancelled or refunded

.  You will be provided with a Return Authorization number when your request has been accessed and the process to return your item to Ruralshop.


If you wish to return the product you have purchased online, Rural Shop is happy to exchange the items or provide you with a credit note, provided the product is returned to us in its original Condition – with its original packaging and in a saleable condition.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all freight charges to return the item.
  • You must contact the Ruralshop customer service team to receive a Return Authorization number prior to sending your item.  We will not accept returns without an RA number.
  • Please note that discounted items cannot be returned, as they are offered at greatly reduced prices and will not be restocked.


In the event that your product arrives damaged or faulty, wrongly described or different from sample shown, we will happily replace, exchange or issue a credit depending on the extent of the damage

  • We may require photos so that we can better understand the extent of the damage or the issues with the product
  • If it is necessary for the product to be sent back to us due to the product being damaged or being faulty we will email you with a return label to cover the cost of shipping.  Along with a Return authorization number.
  • We will not be able to replace, exchange or issue a credit for any product that has been dispatched for more than 30 days
  • Please note that credits will be credited back to the original credit card or bank account used for payment
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been prepared and are with our couriers for delivery
